What Is Alien Abduction?
Alien abduction refers to the phenomenon of people reporting what they believe to be the real experience of being kidnapped by extraterrestrial beings and subjected to physical and psychological experimentation. Most scientists and mental health professionals explain these experiences by factors such as suggestibility (e.g. false memory syndrome), sleep paralysis, deception, and psychopathology.
History of abduction cases
In the United States the first story of abduction by extraterrestrials that received national attention was that of Betty and Barney Hill, a couple from New Hampshire who claimed to have been kidnapped in a UFO in 1961. There is, however, another, earlier, story of abduction. This one dates from 1957 and centers around Antônio Villas Boas, a farmer from rural Brazil.
According to Villas-Boas, he was ploughing fields with his tractor when he was taken against his will by a group of ETs measuring about 5 feet tall. On their spaceship he was put in a room where he saw some kind of gas come out of the walls, making him sick. Then a very attractive female, naked, with long platinum-blonde hair, fire-red pubic hair and deep-blue cat eyes, came to him and forced him to have intercourse.
According to Villas-Boas, her intentions were quite clear: to produce a human-alien hybrid that she would raise on her planet. After he got back, Villas-Boas noted he had burns on his body. A doctor from a reputable medical centre diagnosed them with radiation burns. This doctor, Olavo Fontes, had contacts with the American UFO research group APRO. Villas-Boas had no recollection as to how he got the burns.
Alien implants
A fascinating component of abductions is alleged ET implants. Massachusetts resident Betty Andreasson claimed that aliens had implanted a device in her nose during her supposed alien abduction in 1967, first publicized by Raymond Fowler in his book, The Andreasson Affair. A Canadian woman named Dorothy Wallis claimed a similar experience in 1983. John E. Mack wrote in his book Abduction: Human Encounters With Aliens that he examined a “1/2- to 3/4-inch thin, wiry object” given to him by a twenty-four-year-old woman client who claimed it came out of her nose following an abduction experience.
Dr Roger Leir (March 20, 1935 – March 14, 2014) was an American podiatric surgeon and ufologist best known as an investigator of alleged alien implants. In fact, he was the pioneer in this area of research and performed numerous surgical removals. His conclusions on these objects were :
- 1.No inflammatory or rejection reaction by the body to these foreign objects.
- 2.No visible portal of entry.
- 3.Collections of specialized nerve endings surrounding the object.
- 4.An outer coating of ceramic–biological material.
- 5.A metallic phase where the inorganic metal becomes biological tissue.
- 6.The emission of radio waves which are deep space frequencies in the FM band.
- 7.Electromagnetic fields in excess of ten milligauss.
- 8.Composition of Meteoric Iron.
- 9.Rare Earth Metals such U–236, a single isotope of Uranium exist-ing by itself, as well as elements such as Iridium which is very rare and hard to find in the earth’s crust.
- 10.Non–terrestrial isotopic ratios indicating the involved elements did not come from this earth.
- 11.The existence of Carbon Nano Tubes, Carbon Nano Strands and Carbon Nano Fibers. ( These entities were considered non-existent in nature and many scientists made definitive statements they could not be made in a laboratory. This has now been reversed as commercial products are being designed and made from this technology. Carbon Nanostructures are now the strongest substance known to mankind. The oldest of these was in specimens taken from one of our surgical patients, which had been in Page 16Un–X News MagazineUn–X News MagazineUn–X News MagazineUn–X News Magazinetheir body for over 46 years, which was old enough to eliminate back-engineering from UFO Crash Sites such as Roswell.)
- 12.Gold Spheres which have yet unknown function.
- 13.Metallic caverns that are no larger than the diameter of one atom.
- 14.Resistance to ordinary cutting techniques such as metallic sawing, or severing with a cutting instrument. (One of our specimens had to be cut with a Laser.)
- 15.There are also a number of unknown structures seen with the electron microscope which we do not understand.

Abduction research
There have been numerous ET abduction researchers to emerge since the 1960s including Budd Hopkins and Dr John Mack. Here I will just focus on just two: Karla Turner and David M Jacobs.
Karla Turner was a former college instructor who held a doctorate in Old English Studies from the University of North Texas. Karla was one of the pioneers in abduction research. She and her husband and son were victims of an abduction experience in 1988. Karla Turner consequently abandoned her professional career giving her full attention to abduction research. Her first book, Into the Fringe (Berkley Books, 1992), recounted her own experiences and those of her family. Her second book, Taken – Inside the Alien-Human Abduction Agenda (Kelt Works, 1994), profiled abduction stories of eight women whose experiences dealt with the abduction mystery. Her last book, Masquerade of Angels (Kelt Works, 1994), was co-written with psychic Ted Rice. It recounts Ted’s lifelong encounters with entities whose identities shadow between angelic and demonic. Karla was working on another book when she became ill in early 1995.
Turner’s books and speeches addressed UFO and alien abduction phenomena, in an effort to characterize alien behaviour. Turner investigated the claims of contactees who said that the aliens were friendly. Turner called into question how “friendly” these aliens were.
Karla Turner suspected the US government of sometimes harassing abductees after a profiled experience. Turner had been surveilled for quite some time, and was threatened for her work. Not too long after, she was subject to a particularly virulent, fast-acting form of breast cancer that took her life Jan. 10, 1996.
Dr David M Jacobs has spent many years interviewing alleged abductees and has noted a number of characteristics about the abduction phenomenon:
- When people are abducted, they are physically missing from their normal environment.
- People are sometimes abducted in groups and can confirm each others’ reports.
- Bystanders sometimes see people being abducted.
- When returned to their normal environment after an abduction, people often have marks, cuts, bruises, broken bones, and even fully formed scars (a biological impossibility) that were not there before the abduction.

- Images above show a variety of marks found on abductees’ skin including scoop marks and triangular patterns.
- When returned, people sometimes have their clothes on inside out or backward, or they are wearing someone else’s clothes. In these cases, they clearly remember dressing correctly beforehand.
- Most of what abductees describe has no antecedents in popular culture. The abduction phenomenon cuts across all social, political, religious, educational, intellectual, economic, racial, ethnic, and geographic lines.
- The abduction phenomenon is global. People describe the same things in the same detail worldwide, regardless of cultural differences.
- Abductions occur at all times of the day and night, depending on access to the abductees and when they will be least missed.
- Abductees need not be sleeping.
- Abductions begin in childhood and continue with varying frequency into old age.
- The abduction phenomenon is intergenerational. The children of abductees often themselves report being abductees, as do their children.
- Abductions are unrelated to alcohol or drugs.
- Of equal importance is how abductees deal with the phenomenon. Most abductees fear abductions and want them to stop. They do not revel in them.
- High-functioning people who report these experiences testify against their own interests, knowing that public disclosure could ruin their careers.
- Many abductees have “screen memories” that recall vivid, irrelevant events that mask abduction activity. Some abductees accurately remember large parts or all of their abductions without hypnosis. People remember what happened to them in greater precision, detail, accuracy, and completeness with competent questioning.
- Abductions are sometimes investigated a few weeks, days, or hours after they happened, minimizing memory degradation.
- Abductees often have long-standing cherished memories of seeing deceased relatives or religious figures. When they investigate their memories, they realize that they are of the abduction phenomenon and not what the abductees had desperately wanted them to be.
Jacobs: “Some researchers prefer to use the nondescript word “experiencer,” but this term sidesteps the lifelong psychological trauma and physical events that most abductees endure. “Experiencer” subtly imputes neutrality, passivity, and even pleasantness to the phenomenon. As one abductee said, the word “experiencer” is “all pink and fluffy.” To avoid that connotation, other researchers have used cumbersome phrases like “abduction experiencer” and “abductee-experiencer.” “Contactee” is another term used most often by New Age followers. It recycles the old 1950s label for the long-discredited charlatans who falsely claimed contact with aliens. The word is now often used to suggest that benevolent aliens have singled out someone for special help or education. I have never found this to be the case.”
“…alien abduction researcher Dr. David Jacobs discussed how incidents of alien abductions have accelerated along with occurrences of alien involvement in everyday human life, as if a silent and insidious invasion is underway. He explained that since alien abductions appear to be an intergenerational phenomenon, the rate of incidents continues to grow as abductees marry non-abductees and their children become the next generation of people being “taken” by the ETs. “The abduction phenomenon is increasing with the growth of the population,” he declared, “it is literally getting bigger and bigger.” Despite this apparent rise in abductions, Jacobs observed that the explosion in paranormal television and media has resulted in the phenomenon being perceived as more benign as it becomes part of the pop culture pantheon alongside ghosts, UFOs, and Bigfoot. “Unfortunately, this marginalization of abductions, Jacobs warned, has served to obscure an ongoing agenda centered around overtaking the planet via ET-human hybrids. According to his research, this plan involves gradually populating the Earth with these entities, which he calls ‘hubrids,’ that look and act like normal humans, but are actually hybrids that possess mind control abilities. Since the hubrids were created and raised off planet, Jacobs claimed, human abductees are being used by the ETs to educate and train the entities for easier assimilation into our society and culture. While Jacobs conceded that he has yet to decipher the reason behind this surreptitious infestation of the planet, he expressed certainty that humans are poised to ultimately become a second class species to the hubrids which are usurping our world.”

The “Hitchiker Effect”
A popular sub-topic within Ufology is that of the hitch-hiker effect. Where an individual experiences Poltergeist phenomena and/or Apparitions following Alien abduction. They have also been reported by researchers visiting the Skinwalker Ranch.
What is going on here? Is the UFO phenomena more than just physical aliens visiting us? Is there some link to the Spirit world?
Here is an excellent video from the great Jeffrey Mishlove interviewing researcher Colm A Kelleher regarding paranormal activity at Skinwalker Ranch
Let’s start by visiting the world of Parapsychology
One of my favourite guests on Jeffrey Mishlove’s New Thinking Allowed is Parapsychologist Dr Stephen Braude. A recurring theme regarding Poltergeists is that the individual has built up an internal anxiety/trauma which then explodes and manifests as involuntary psychokinetic activity. Of course, not everyone that holds extreme mental trauma will experience Poltergeist activity. This may indicate a genetic predisposal to it.
Next I want to bring in the writings of Marshall Vian Summers and his writings on the concept of Life Force:
Life Force is an energy which exists in all living things. This is a familiar idea to many who read these words. However, in the Greater Community, Life Force has a greater value. It is an actual power that is cultivated, used and developed by certain races for certain purposes..
In the Greater Community, Life Force is a power that is used. It can have great influence over the unknowing. Its equivalent in the mental environment is the power of projected forms of thought. In the physical environment, Life Force exerts an actual force that moves things and creates an impact and a reaction. Someone can knock you down with Life Force even if they are standing across the room. Someone can weaken you physically using Life Force even if they are across the street.
Source: “What is Lifeforce” from Great Community Spirituality by Marshall Vian Summers
My conjecture is that the interaction with another more powerful mind (Alien) appears to cause a disruption in the individual’s mental environment. This then acts as a catalyst in conjunction with the individual’s Life Force energy for involuntary psychokinetic activity or Poltergeist phenomena. I don’t think for one minute every example of Poltergeists (going back to the 1600s) is due to Alien interaction, but to me, the mind of an alien interacting with a human mind appears to produce an internal anxiety/disturbance which then triggers the psychokinetic response. Researcher Dr Barry Taff noticed Poltergeist activity often preceded a physical encounter. Could it be prior to physical abduction the would-be abductee undergoes some initial mind scan by the entities which then acts as a trigger for the Poltergeist activity?
According to Marshall Vian Summers more advanced individuals in the Universe are able to screen their mental environment from outside influences thus mitigating any unwanted activity/intrusion.
Going back to the activity at Skinwalker it may be an example of Aliens using powerful Psychotronic weaponry which can create powerful thoughtforms in the target. The net result is anxiety, intimidation and confusion. Skinwalker may contain a subterranean ET facility and defensive measures may be those just described.
If Aliens have a strong grip on an individual mental environment, it would be very easy for them to throw researchers off track and rather than determining that the UFO phenomenon is physical beings who can screw around with your mind, it becomes almost an indefinable complex multifaceted phenomenon. When in actual fact it isn’t.
You can see now how some researchers are trying to join too many dots; associating Aliens with Spirits of the dead and then thinking Aliens are lofty multidimensional (as opposed to physical) beings.
